Thomas had his work camera the other day, so he decided to take some pictures of the house. Not too much has changed, but it's always nice to have high quality pictures. The bathroom- we still want to replace the vanity, flooring, tub and surround. Still a lot of work left to do, but it's a good start. We replaced the toilet with a more efficient, dual flush toilet, the light fixture and the towel rack and toilet paper holder. I absolutely love the color we chose for in here. It is Sherwin Williams' 'Morris Room Grey'. It doesn't look grey at all to me, but I think it looks great against the stark white of the beadboard. We kept the beadboard that was in here, but put a chunkier top on it. I couldn't be happier with that decision. It was inexpensive and really gave the beadboard more character. Here is a picture of the office. We moved around some furniture and moved in the dresser from Thomas' granny. It's beginning to get a bit cr
So, I haven't posted in the past couple months... But that doesn't mean I haven't been busy. I decided to take the summer off and focus on working on the house. It's been great to spend some time at home and see some progress. Here is a little bit of what we have been up to! We finally got the rest of our sectional (after a 3 month wait). Couver got his summer hair cut My grandparents house burnt down, so we visited them to make sure they were okay. They lost two birds and a cat in the fire and all of their posessions. The house will have to be torn down and they will be rebuilding.  Couver and Khloe came along for the ride. They are the best travellers! I painted upstairs and downstairs around the laundry area 'Bunglehouse blue' with crisp white trim. I absolutely love it. The white really pops against the dark blue. More of the laundry area. I still need to paint the ceiling, but that will be done when we get a new light fixture.
